The Cambridge Autumn Festival Trust was formed in 2007 with the objective of organizing a Festival at a time when the town is at its autumn best.
The 2012 Festival will be the fourth under the Trust's management and each year since the first Festival in 2007 has seen a growth in numbers attending events. The Trustees have received many favourable comments from Cambridge residents.
Although still in an "evolving" stage, the Festival is attracting attention beyond the town and Waipa District and enquiries are being received from performers wishing to be part of it.
Designed principally for the residents of Cambridge, it nevertheless draws in people from around the Waikato and beyond.
The Trust is reliant largely upon grants and donations for its income and we have received good support from some local businesses keen to support a local initiative and seeing an opportunity to have their business name and logo on the Festival website.
Becoming a "Friend of the Festival" is one way in which you as an individual or business can ensure the event grows. We look forward to seeing you during the festival.
